Welcome to Coinfest Asia! Coinfest Asia, its subsidiaries, and affiliates (collectively, “Company”) own and operate the websites coinfest.asia, ticket.coinfest.asia, and related websites and mobile applications (collectively, the “Properties” and, each, a “Property”). These include all information, documents, text, audio, visual, and graphics (excluding Third-Party Content) on the Properties (collectively, the “Materials”), as well as all software, products, and services offered and/or operated by Company and/or third parties through the Properties (collectively, the “Products and/or Services”). Your use of the Properties is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this document (collectively, the “Terms of Use”).

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PROPERTIES IN ANY WAY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, EVALUATING, DOWNLOADING, PURCHASING, AND/OR USING ANY OF THE MATERIALS OR PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES, OR BY VIEWING THIRD-PARTY CONTENT ACCESSIBLE VIA THE PROPERTIES, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE AND COMPANY’S PRIVACY POLICY, WHICH IS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE LEAVE THE PROPERTIES IMMEDIATELY.
Use of the Property. You agree to use this Property only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use this Property in a manner that violates any laws or infringes on the rights of any third party.
Credentials. Company, its agents, and representatives are the sole creators, sellers, and distributors of Company’s badges, tickets, passes, and giveaways (collectively referred to as “Credentials”). Any Credentials not created by and legally acquired from Company or its authorized agents or representatives will be considered fraudulent and invalid and subject to revocation. Company reserves the right to pursue any and all legal action or remedy available against any person or entity involved in the actual or attempted creation, dissemination, or use of an unauthorized Credential.
Refund & Revocation Policy. All Credentials are the sole property of the Company. If you violate these Terms (and/or any terms cross-referenced herein), Company has the right, in its sole discretion and at any time determined by Company, to cancel, revoke, or refuse all transactions with any individual or entity, including, without limitation, the following: Credentials, purchases, and/or hotel reservations made through Company. Company will not be responsible for any penalty, fee, loss, or expense incurred by Participant that might result from such action, regardless of whether such penalty, fee, loss, or expense was foreseeable or Company was advised of the same.
Company does not issue refunds under any circumstances, including, without limitation, for application fees or Credentials transactions. Any and all payments made to Company are non-refundable for any reason, including, without limitation, failure or inability to use Credentials due to illness, acts of God, public health crisis, disease, virus, pandemics, epidemics, government restrictions or shutdowns, natural disasters, wars, riots, insurrections, civil unrest, acts or threats of terrorism, cyber-attacks, government actions, travel-related problems, loss of employment, and/or duplicate purchases. Company will not issue refunds, deferrals, or credits for Credentials that have been revoked.
Company will not issue refunds or credits due to failure to redeem a discount coupon during the registration or application process.
Lost or stolen Credentials will not be replaced. If Credentials are lost or stolen, new Credentials will need to be purchased at the full price in effect at that time for a Participant’s continued access to the Events, including, without limitation, showcases, parties, and conference content. Use of Credentials by anyone other than the authorized individual will result in revocation of the Credentials without a refund.
Links to Other Properties. This Property may contain links to third-party websites. Company is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such websites. Your use of third-party websites is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Intellectual Property; Limited License to Users. The Properties, the Materials, and the Products and/or Services are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and/or other intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use of the Properties, Materials, and/or Products and/or Services may violate such laws in addition to these Terms of Use. Except as expressly provided herein, Company and its licensors and suppliers do not grant any express or implied license to the Properties, Materials, or Products and/or Services. You agree not to copy, republish, download, transmit, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, assign, distribute, license, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Properties, Materials, or Products and/or Services, except if expressly authorized herein.
Use of Materials. Except as may be indicated to the contrary elsewhere on the Properties or in these Terms of Use, you may view and print the Materials available on the Properties subject to the following conditions:
- The Materials may be used solely for personal, non-commercial, informational purposes
- The Materials may not be modified or altered in any way
- The Materials may not be distributed or sold, rented, leased, or licensed to others.
- You may not remove any copyright or other proprietary notices contained in the Materials.
- Company reserves the right to revoke the authorization to view and/or print the Materials available on the Properties at any time, and any such use shall be discontinued immediately upon notice from Company.
Image and Video Release. Photographs and/or audio/video recordings taken at the Events by Company, or others on behalf of Company, may include Participant’s image, name, voice, and/or likeness. By attending and/or participating in the Events, Participant hereby grants Company the permission to perpetually use, and to sublicense to third-parties, Participant’s photograph, image, likeness, voice, and statements (whether in writing or orally) for any purpose, including, without limitation, commercial purposes, without compensation or credit to the Participant, in any and all media, worldwide, now known or hereafter devised.
Privacy Policy. Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs the use of personal information on this Property and our services. By using this Property, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Submission of Information. Information submitted through the Properties may be accessed and used by a Company service provider in accordance with the Coinfest Asia Privacy Policy (to the extent such information includes personal information) and the policies of those third-party service providers. Although Company and Company’s service providers each take steps to protect the electronic transmission of credit card numbers or other financial information or personally identifiable information (collectively, “Personal Information”) that you submit through their websites, you understand and agree there is inherent risk in sharing your information via the internet. The Company is not responsible for any error by, or other acts or omissions of any of our payments service providers. By using one of our payments service providers to make payment, you agree to be bound by the applicable terms and conditions, including with respect to offers of credit or delayed payment. We may also work with additional payment processors who you may already have a relationship with or who may process your personal information with your consent.
Other than the Personal Information, and as specifically requested otherwise, do not send any confidential or proprietary information through the Site. If you choose to share Personal Information in a manner that is intended for public display, or any information other than Personal Information with Company, then such information will be deemed NOT to be confidential (“Non-Confidential Information”). For any Non-Confidential Information you do send, post, or submit, you grant Company and its affiliates, successors, and assigns an unrestricted, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, transferrable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit, and distribute the Non-Confidential Information, and agree that Company is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques that you send Company for any purpose and in any manner whatsoever without compensation to you or any other person sending the Non-Confidential Information. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the Non-Confidential Information and that public posting and use of such Non-Confidential Information by Company or its affiliates, successors, or assigns, will not infringe or violate the rights of any third party. If you submit Personal Information via the Properties, Company will treat it in accordance with the Coinfest Asia Privacy Policy.
Code of Conduct. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner and respect the rights and dignity of others. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund.
VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK. PARTICIPANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENTS IS VOLUNTARY AND MAY INVOLVE CERTAIN RISKS OF PHYSICAL INJURY, DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, WHETHER PHYSICAL PROPERTY OR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, AND OTHER DAMAGES OR LOSSES THAT MAY BE SUSTAINED BY PARTICIPANT. PARTICIPANT ASSUMES ALL RISK OF DAMAGE, PROPERTY LOSS, AND/OR PERSONAL INJURY WHICH MAY OCCUR AS A RESULT OF PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENTS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, EXPOSURE TO CDC-IDENTIFIED PANDEMIC-LEVEL COMMUNICABLE ILLNESSES (INCLUDING COVID-19). PARTICIPANT HEREBY RELEASES COMPANY, ITS OWNERS, ITS SPONSORS, AND ITS OFFICIAL VENUES, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, AFFILIATES, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS, AND REPRESENTATIVES (THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENTS, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR THE NEGLIGENCE OF ANY RELEASED PARTIES, UNLESS SUCH LIABILITY IS DUE TO THE GROSS NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES.
Health and Safety Disclaimer. Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during Coinfest Asia. The event takes place outdoors in an area with uneven topography and varying weather conditions. Please check the weather forecast in advance and dress appropriately for hot weather. It is recommended to wear sun protection, such as hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen, and to stay hydrated throughout the event. Company is not liable for any injuries, falls, or accidents that may occur due to uneven ground or other environmental factors. If you have any medical conditions that could be affected by outdoor activities or hot weather, please consult your healthcare provider before attending the event.
Due to the outdoor nature and uneven topography of the event venue, certain areas may not be easily accessible for individuals with mobility impairments. Company is committed to making the event as accessible as possible and will provide assistance where feasible. Financial Content Disclaimer. Company and its affiliates do NOT provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Any presentations, discussions, or materials provided during the event are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as professional advice.
Any token sale or investment opportunities presented are offered by third parties, not by Company. Company does not endorse or recommend any specific token sale or investment opportunity.
PARTICIPANTS ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR INVESTMENT DECISIONS AND SHOULD CONDUCT THEIR OWN DUE DILIGENCE. ALWAYS DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH BEFORE MAKING ANY FINANCIAL/INVESTMENT DECISIONS.
Indemnity and Liability. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Company, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and its and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, attorneys, agents, employees, licensors, suppliers, co-branders, or other partners (collectively, the “Indemnitees”) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and damages of any kind, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit to Company and/or transmit through the Properties (including, without limitation, any content or computer viruses), your use of the Properties, Materials, or any Products and/or Services (including any Third-Party Content), your connection to the Properties, your violation of these Terms of Use, the actions of any of your employees or agents in conjunction with the Properties, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity or any and all laws and regulations applicable to these Terms of Use, and/or your use of Company’s Products and/or Services.
No Warranties. Except as may be expressly set forth in these Terms, Participant’s participation in the events, and all services and products provided in connection with the events, are provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind. Company expressly disclaims all express, implied, or statutory warranties, representations, or conditions, whether written or oral, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, security, reliability, integration, safety, or any warranties that may arise from the course of dealing. Company expressly disclaims any warranties not expressly stated herein and has made no representations or warranties to Participant about the suitability, condition, or safety of the Company events, Company platform or digital transmission of the events, your ability to access or use Company content or services, any equipment provided by Company or its vendors, Company services or products supplied as part of the events or that the events, including any streaming, will operate without interruption or be error-free.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of this Property will be resolved in the competent courts of Indonesia.
Changes to the Terms. Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Property after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
