General

  • Your event pass contains an RFID chip for purchases at Coinfest Asia.
  • A complimentary, non-refundable daily balance is credited to your Event Pass: IDR 200,000 for Festival Pass & Media Pass, and IDR 600,000 for Bull Pass.

How to Use

  • Tap to Pay at the F&B, experience & merch booths.
  • Check balance anytime at any top-up station.
  • Top-up at stations inside the venue. Minimum IDR 100,000.
  • Pay with Cash, Debit/Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard only), or QRIS.
  • Nominal credit balance is displayed in shortened format (e.g. 200 = IDR 200,000).

Refunds (Top-Up Credits)

  • Available at the Help Desk.
  • Only available on Day 2, 21 August, from 12:00 PM to 11:59 PM.
  • Minimum refund: IDR 50,000 | Maximum: IDR 1,000,000.
  • Refunds are paid in cash only (Rupiah).
  • Complimentary credits are non-refundable.

Need Help?

  • Go to the nearest top-up station if your RFID chip is broken, your balance isn't updating, or a payment fails.

Disclaimer

  • Attendees are fully responsible for the security and condition of their Event Pass, including the embedded RFID chip.
  • Lost Event Passes cannot be refunded, and remaining credits cannot be recovered. Replacement will be charged at the regular price of the original ticket type; new chips are issued without any credits.
  • All RFID credits (complimentary and top-up) are valid only during the event, 20–21 August 2026. Unused credits will expire shortly after the event and cannot be refunded or used.
  • Refunds can only be processed if the attendee presents a valid Event Pass with its RFID chip; if it is missing or damaged beyond verification, the refund cannot be processed.
